 | | Hon. Richard Court AC, Non-Executive Chairman Qualifications - B.Comm (UWA) Experience
- Richard Court was Premier and Treasurer of Western Australia from
1993 – 2001. He retired from Parliament after nineteen years as the
Member for Nedlands. His Government led the LNG marketing push into new
markets, the successful deregulation of the Western Australian gas
markets and the successful privatisations of the SGIO, BankWest,
AlintaGas, Westrail Freight and the DBNG pipeline. Hon. Court graduated
from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce
degree.
In
addition to the directorships held in other listed entities detailed
below, Richard Court is also Chairman of Resource Investment Strategy
Consultants (RISC); a Senior Adviser to KPMG; a consultant to Australian
Capital Equity Pty Ltd; Director of WesTrac Holdings Pty Ltd; and,
Chairman of the Channel 7 Telethon Trust. He
was appointed Companion in the General Division of the Order of
Australia in June 2003 for service to the Western Australian Parliament
and to the community, particularly the indigenous community, and in the
areas of child health research and cultural heritage and to economic
development through negotiating major resource projects including new
gas markets furthering the interests of the nation as a whole. Special Responsibilities - Audit and Risk Committee member. Directorships

Program
Experience - Alwyn has a
25-year career in the mining industry during which he served in senior
positions with global companies in both technical and commercial roles.
He joined Iron Ore Holdings in late 2010 from his previous role as Director
Business Development of Oakajee Port and Rail (OPR), where he was responsible
for the development of rail & port access terms and pricing, and where he
was lead negotiator with 14 mid-west based mining and exploration
companies. He also acted as Chief Executive Officer of OPR for a period
of five months.
Prior to OPR, Alwyn was
regional manager for Rio Tinto Iron Ore based in Singapore, where he managed
the teams responsible for all sales contract and shipping scheduling of ~170Mt
annual sales to Asia. He was a Rio Tinto representative on the Channar
Joint Venture management committee, the oldest and highest profile mining joint
venture between Australian and Chinese companies.
Alwyn relocated from South
Africa to Australia in the mid-1990’s in a business development role with Kumba
Resources. For a number of years, he led the marketing program for the Hope
Downs Iron Ore Project, at the time a joint venture between Kumba Resources (an
Anglo American subsidiary) and Hancock Prospecting. Prior to Hope Downs, he coordinated investments
and divestments for Kumba Resources (then Iscor Mining) in iron ore, heavy
minerals and coal projects.
His earlier career in South
Africa included a period leading the Kumba Coal marketing division where he
managed the sales and logistics chain for 16Mtpa of coking coal and thermal
coal to international and domestic buyers, and gained initial experience as
geologist at the Sishen and the Thabazimbi iron ore mines in exploration and
mining roles.
Alwyn is a current member of
the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and serves on the
executive committee of the Australia China Business Council (ACBC).
Mr Vorster has not held any

 | | Malcolm Randall, Non-Executive Director Qualifications - Dip Applied Chem
Experience
- Mr Randall has had extensive experience in corporate, management and
marketing in the resource sector including over 25 years with the Rio
Tinto group of companies. His iron ore experience has included senior
technical and commercial management roles in Hamersley Iron Pty Ltd and a
commercial advisor to the Hope Downs project. Mr Randall is
also a non-executive director of four other ASX listed resource
companies as noted below. Special Responsibilities - Audit and Risk Committee member. Directorships
held in other listed entities in the last 3 years - Current director of
Thundelarra Exploration Ltd, Matilda Zircon Ltd, Royal Resources Ltd
and Summit Resources Ltd. Previous Directorships: Olympia Resources Ltd

 | | Brian O'Donnell, Non-Executive Director Qualifications - B Com, FCA Experience
- Mr O’Donnell has 25 years’ experience in the finance and investment
industry. He joined Australian Capital Equity (ACE) as Group Treasurer
in 1996, and was appointed to the Board in 2001. As Finance Director for
the ACE Group, Brian has overall responsibility for all finance
facilities and lender relationships for the ACE Group, in addition to
responsibility for investment assessment, execution and management.
Prior to joining ACE, Mr O’Donnell was employed by the Deutsche Bank
Group (1991-1996), Challenge Bank (1988-1991) and Arthur Andersen
(1985-1988). Mr
O’Donnell graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the
University of Western Australia in 1985, and qualified as a Chartered
Accountant in 1987. He has served on the Boards of several listed and
unlisted public and private companies. Among other directorships, Brian
is currently Non-Executive Chairman of the Landfill Gas & Power
Holdings Pty Ltd Group and @www Pty Ltd, a Non-Executive Director of
Landis & Gyr Holdings AG and Fremantle Football Club. Special Responsibilities - Audit and Risk Committee member. Mr O’Donnell has not held any directorships in other listed entities in the last three years. |

| | Ryan Stokes, Non-Executive Director Qualifications
- B.Comm (Curtin) Experience - CEO of
Australian Capital Equity Ltd (ACE) and Executive Director of Seven Group
Holdings (SGH). Ryan has been working with ACE and Seven for the past 10
years. Prior to that, he spent 3 years working for an investment bank in
New York.

| | Simon Roberston, Company Secretary Mr Robertson gained a Bachelor of Business from Curtin
University in Western
Australia and Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie
University in New South Wales. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants and Chartered Secretaries Australia. Mr Robertson currently holds
the position of Company Secretary for a number of publically listed companies
and has experience in corporate finance, accounting and administration, capital
raisings and ASX compliance and regulatory requirements. Mr Robertson was appointed on 19th November 2007. |
