Overview
IOH has a portfolio of high-quality iron ore projects located near to existing mining operations and infrastructure that provide development opportunities. Our exploration strategy has been successful and since listing, the company now has more than 900 million tonnes (Mt) of resources, including 624Mt from bedded and channel iron deposits, and 310Mt from a magnetite deposit.
The IOH resource inventory consists primarily of hematite and hematite goethite ore types found in Bedded Iron Deposits (BID), Channel Iron Deposits (CID), Detrital Iron Deposits (DID) and Banded Iron Formation (BIF).
